This Halloween, DeMine celebrated the cultures, traditions, and backgrounds that make our team unique. Instead of traditional Halloween costumes, our employees dressed to represent their countries of origin, bringing a piece of their heritage into the office.
In our group photo, you'll see employees representing Cuba, Mexico, Haiti, Ecuador, Colombia, Guyana, and Nicaragua. Each outfit was an opportunity to share something meaningful about where we come from and the traditions that are part of our identities.
As an immigration law firm, we work with individuals and families from different parts of the world every day. Our own team reflects many of those same backgrounds and experiences.
Celebrating our cultures gave us a chance to recognize the diversity within our own workplace and appreciate the different stories and perspectives that bring our team together.
