This Halloween, DeMine celebrated the cultures, traditions, and backgrounds that make our team unique. Instead of traditional Halloween costumes, our employees dressed to represent their countries of origin, bringing a piece of their heritage into the office.

In our group photo, you'll see employees representing Cuba, Mexico, Haiti, Ecuador, Colombia, Guyana, and Nicaragua. Each outfit was an opportunity to share something meaningful about where we come from and the traditions that are part of our identities.
