The foreign national investor must show that their investment has not been obtained directly or indirectly from criminal activity. In other words, the investment must be from a legitimate source.
What is a Substantial Investment?
This is relative to the type of business that is being established. The investment must be sufficient to ensure that the investor is committed to the successful operation of the enterprise.
